1. Order Cancellation Window
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the order (refer to our Refund & Returns Policy).
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request an order cancellation, follow these steps:

- Our team will confirm the cancellation if the order has not been processed.
- If the cancellation is approved, a refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your order is canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you will need to return the item upon delivery.
4. Order Modification
- Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified (e.g., changing the product, size, or shipping address) once they are placed.
- If changes are required, you must cancel the order within 24 hours and place a new order.
5. SHOKART’s Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment was not successfully processed.
- The shipping address is incomplete or unverifiable.
- The order is flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.
If SHOKART cancels your order, you will receive a full refund and a notification via email.
